@..., one workaround I've done is to use the carousel to include links. There is a minimum of 2 links required for the carousel to work, so I add a link to our homepage as the 2nd link.

LottieFiles Were you able to find some workaround for this? I'm having the same issue and the only thing I can think of is to have the bot in flow builder inform the user to submit a request by hyperlinking our web form.

How are SLAs attributed to ticket groups? 

For example, if our Tier 1 team has breached an SLA, and then escalates it to our BIlling Team for further action. If our Billing Team then solves the ticket, is the initial breach attributed to our Billing Team on Explore?
