Hi Niall,

Thanks for the workaround above. However I see an issue - It works only for one time sync. Further changes to the lookup value are not passed on to Zendesk from SFDC through the formula field as the value change for the formula field is an implicit change and not a DB event. Would like to know your thoughts about it.
