Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to Trigger a Text to be sent automatically to those who call (but don't leave a voicemail) after business hours?

Being unable to quickly get to a page when needing to rather than next, next, next is entirely disruptive and slowing us down here --please consider re-evaluating the design. Thank you!

We would like the ability to CC accounts when sending emails, it would be most efficient if you would consider this a priority for the development team.

Our team is also affected by the inability to sort by subject, please consider bringing this function back to all fields.
