Need comment from Jira Software tickets to update on Zendesk Service ticket

We have a strong need to have Internal Jira Software tickets comment to up date to Zendesk Service Ticket.  When they update to Zendesk they need to appear as internal comments.  Can you please let me know how to make this needed event occur?

Need to map fields from Jira to Zendesk and Zendesk to Jira

I have created a custom field 'Related Environment' in both Jira and Zendesk:

But the field does not appear to available to map in either direction?
Please advise as I really need to have these fields map.
