Has anyone ever got this work? I tried as recently as today and my replies never appear in Zendesk. No problem sending to Zendesk, just never sending back. I just linked the bot again.

I tried adding the bot back into discord using this. https://discord.zendesk-integrations.com/ While I went through the process, using the command /support and a message now returns nothing.

@Danny - sadly, I think it did. I haven't heard back from support in a while regarding developments, as I still can't get Discord to display my responses from Zendesk.

Suggestion: Using Answer Bot or Knowledge Base in Discord
With the new beta discord bot in place, I'd love if it was possible to have the wealth of our knowledge base presented as links when it matches a keyword, similar to how our website widget does now...
