As an example... The top note is from a customer - not an internal note.  Yet looks like an internal note :(

+1 on this!  Would love to be able to add an internal note depending on the "Organization" name.

+1 on this too please. Another option which may work for some - add the ability to "Tag" an agent in the ticket?  That then sends an email out saying you have been tagged in a ticket.   So like Jir...
