Yes, request this fitur.
Currently we using zendesk for EX(Employe Experience) in IT Team, we manage Asset Management & Software Management using Custom Object. About Trigger Custom Object cant support action “Notify By” for sending email or active webhook.
for scenarion we need action “Notify by” to reminder based on date in field(License Date/waranty date) in custom object
