Walter Bellante Thank you for the additional information, customers are currently looking for a way to export a list of tickets with specific details outside of the Zendesk system. We currently have the Guide system set up where users are required to sign-in and therefore believe that having a Dashboard restriction for End-Users based on Organization may fulfill this requirement. 

1. Do we have an ETA when Dashboard restrictions will be applicable to End-Users? 

2. Is my understanding of how this Dashboard could be utilized correctly?

Hey Tanaway, 


I believe I found the issue some time ago. When logging in as an admin and then assuming access as an end-user it looks like somehow cached cookies or information may still be utilized in the list that the agents can view. The only way I could view only the customer-facing fields was to log in on a test account in our Production instance in an incognito window. Any time I logged into a normal browser or incognito browser first with my normal admin account and then went to assume a user additional fields would be populated.

Hey Gorka Cardona-Lauridsen, to piggyback off of other comments we have many customers complaining that when you are viewing Organizational Requests the Requestor column is no longer available and with utilizing the New Request List we cannot add this column as needed. Do we have any timeframe of when this will be brought back/resolved?

We have many customers complaining that Organizational level requests no longer have a column for Requestor and need this information to escalate/manage tickets. Do we have any update on when this will be brought back or a workaround in the meantime?
