We are currently using Classic Chat SDK for support on our mobile app. We have moved to Messaging on our web-based Help Center and want to replicate the same on the mobile app as well. Does messaging SDK support help center articles? Which SDK shall we use to show Help center articles on the mobile app?

Karen Hynes - When can we expect reporting feature for Agent Status? It is detrimental not to have any report to understand how agents spent their time. Also, the live agent status view must be available on all plans and not just on Enterprise. Again a basic for any contact center.
