We are still only seeing the 12/8 split as well, when will the 30/10 split be available? Is there option in Admin that needs to be turned on?

Hi Rafi Syed,

Did you happen to figure out your issue?

I'm getting the same error using zenpy and have verified the section, user_segment_id, and permission_group_id are valid, per the create article section in the Zendesk API Reference.

zenpy.lib.exception.RecordNotFoundException: {"error": "RecordNotFound", "description": "Not found"}

We recently migrated from Jira Service Desk to Zendesk and not having this feature is a real pain.
