Any movement on implementing this one in the last 12 months? If you aim to offer your products to a global audience, you need to understand that defaulting to a US country code does not work for  users outside the US. I've just come off a call with our agents moaning about having to change this each time they make an outbound call... would be a great improvement if ZD/ Twilio could implement this. 

Is it possible to bulk import Contributor users? I can find no reference to this in any of the information above - only "End-user", "Agent", or "Admin" roles are mentioned. I have tried importing with the role set to 'Contributor' but this defaults to End-user when viewing the user in support. I am able to create a Contributor user manually, so I don't think it's an account restriction.
