Good morning team!

I unfortunately never looked at this prior to the outage reported by Patrycja Walencik - is this visible to say managers of sales teams? For instance, can I see if one of my Sales Associates' emails are being read if they're out of office/spot checking for audits, or are these objects only available to the sender?

I don't think this is possible, as I tried looking through KBs/community, but wanted to ask in case I was searching incorrectly.

We support customers across multiple brands. Within those brands, we want to be able to leverage guide to give a unique experience to customers based on their user segment (i.e. User Segment for Brand 1 should not see User Segment for Brand 2s KB articles, categories, or sections).

Is this achievable?
