We need the ability to schedule indefinitely, especially if the account owner leaves, since we would not receive that reminder notification. This is essential as we send 100s of dashboards to our clients.

We need to schedule indefinitely as well. We have 100s of dashboards being sent out to customers that use them and if the owner leaves then there is no way for us to know when the schedules will send without us individually clicking into the dashboards. it's essential that we have this.

We need not just scheduling, but also the ability to share reports externally. We've been doing this for clients and there's no way to do this on the new dashboard.

This has been flagging a lot more (also seems to be a problem with Carollne Scott above too). Were there any recent changes in how Zendesk scans Malware? It's flagging innocuous documents.

This is now showing “Requested tickets” under agents instead of “assigned tickets”. I have a ticket with Zendesk in about this, but is this a new feature? If so, can it be changed back?
