Are there any improvements planned to bring reporting data in real time? Today the API brings data with a delay of one day and this does not completely meet our needs.

When we try to use endpoint /v1/activities or endpoint /v1/reports/{templateId}/data we are getting the error below:

We received the above communication and I would like to check whether the URLS in our current environment will change and whether this will impact the EAP. If so, what should we do so that the integrations we made via EAP don't break?

Google Chrome’s "Zendesk Time Track" Extension stops working on a daily basis for multiple agents.
This extension simply stops working, everyday, for multiple agents, forcing us to re-install the extension every time it stops working, even requiring some agents to do it multiple times until it starts working again. This issue has caused a drastic impact in our metrics and divergent data from one agent to another.

We started using the tracking agent time spent outside of Zendesk, but then realized this extension simply stops working, everyday, for multiple agents, forcing us to re-install the extension every time it stops working, even requiring some agents to do it multiple times until it starts working again. This issue has caused a drastic impact in our metrics and divergent data from one agent to another.
