The automation page is still outdated. To make at least some improvements, you could set up an alphabetical sorting of conditions.

We have a lot of fields, so we have a lot of options for conditions in automations. Since they are not sorted in any logical order, it can take a lot of time to find the right option.

Therefore, it would be great if Zendesk added an alphabetical sorting of conditions. This would already significantly improve the user experience.
