This is a must have feature to sort custom statuses. Hopefully will be implemented in future software updates.

We have gotten several requests for this feature. Our previous ticketing system allowed customers to export a list of their tickets so they can do their own reporting and send to other individuals to review, respond and followup. Must have feature.

This is a must-have feature for most of our customers and needs to have flexibility same way as emails to CCs and Followers.

When end-user follows all tickets of his organization the subject of the emails he gets on ticket update must be customizable to meet our standard. For example having a ticket id in subject is very helpful addition for end user.
