Hi,

The notifications for messaging are intermittently not working and has been an issue. Therefore agents are missing chats. 
 

Would love to know if Kyle above or anyone can show me how to configure Slack to notify us when a new chat / message comes in.

I'm following the instructions provided in an email about the above issue.

In mobile SDK in settings we have nothing set up (‘Add your first SDK app. Read our documentation to get started.’) so I don't know how to complete the process needed to avoid issues ?

For a better customer experience, and so they know who the message is from, it would be helpful if our company name replaced the mobile number
