Hey Supervisão - Atendimento looks like your link is no longer working (it tries to redirect to a legacy site). Would you be able to share the guide again? It looks like an awesome resource, so would be a shame to lose it.

Initially I was excited to hear about the new CSAT experience, BUT after reading through all these comments it seems the experience is yet again below par.

How you deem this functionality is ready for public consumption is beyond me. So many bad design decisions, and the lack of actual reporting is insane. Why also does the speed of future updates appear to be operating at a glacial pace? 2026 for some…!

Question for Jeremy Korman and others (although this discussion seems dead!) 

Does the Answer Bot just search articles, or can it also search the Gather discussion forum (community) too?

I know we can return forum posts in site search so I was wondering.

If not, can the API be utilised to add these in?

+1. This is absolutely ludicrous… How can a request that's garnered considerable love from the community still be in limbo 5 years later?!

Echo what Kathrin Köhler said - I'm sure this 'used' to be available. The fact the FAQ article doesn't mention this is plan-dependent suggests it is a recent change. And if that's so, nobody was made aware of this...

Am looking into removing it with coding right now (but shouldn't have to!) will post here if successful.

Am working on changing the subject line to the following but my custom field is not appearing (only the STAC - Onboarding part)

I presume I'm referencing the custom field incorrectly?
