Hello,

As a developer using iOS and Android channels, I'm slightly confused about where the proactive messages will appear in the app following a successful trigger? They don't seem to populate on the Messaging stream, which is where I'd expect this given we don't use Zendesk widgets in-app as part of the SDK.

Any help would be appreciated on this. Thanks!

It has come to my attention that Firebase has deprecated authentication through the use of server keys. Please see attached: https://firebase.google.com/support/faq#fcm-23-deprecation. It seems as though there is no other way to configure this authentication within Zendesk Admin website.

Can you please advise on if this is on the roadmap and/or when it will be changed?
