Following this conversation, does this mean that archiving a post within its original topic will not hide the post itself from clients? Do I need to go an extra step and move the post into a specific different topic that is hidden? Thanks!

Hi there! I'm also looking for a way to do this. I have an embed code from Microsoft Forms but it is not embedding. Rather, it just copies and pastes the code. For engagement purposes, I'd like to have the poll accessible right there within the community post instead of sending them to another webpage via a link. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Our community would really benefit from a built-in poll option in Zendesk. As another user mentioned, it doesn't need to be anything fancy – but ideally, an option to have a question with 4-5 options to choose from that we can include in a community post for quick engagement and feedback. A 3rd party poll option is fine with me but not if it is a service we need to pay for.

Is there an option to edit/change the author of an article within Gather community tool?

 

Use case: Members of an internal team have changed and we'd like to move/change ownership of their community posts to someone else.
