+1 to all feedback shared! Having the Zendesk ticket # in the transcript would be a great first step alongside getting all of this into Explore so we can view transcripts beyond the 30 day window.

+1 to maintain the group assignment and not the assignee

 

I'd also like to understand how this works when an agent is OOO (using the Zendesk Out of Office app). Would a ticket be assigned to them when they are unavailable?

Can we please have conditional fields/formatting available within Messaging? 

 

Having the same functionality as our forms will allow for more streamlined and efficient workflows while improving the customer experience.
