Yes, I agree with Jake. Having a way to create criteria/conditions of what you want to review for user deletion would be very helpful. We have over 24k users created via an integration and I want to delete users who haven't had activity in Zendesk in over 2 years but I'm unable to do this. The only option I have is to manually delete one user at a time. It isn't sustainable or useable for our organization. Or at least allowing the updating of users via a csv file to let us suspend a user through the user update feature. I worked with another large company that is similar to Zendesk and this was feature this company had that I could export users who haven't logged in x days and re-upload the file to deactivate their accounts. It seems like it would be a great feature for many people to have!
