Hello,
We are trying to locate specific tables or report templates (agent
, agent_activity
, agent_team
, workstream_agent
, workstream
, general_task
) and their corresponding report template IDs.
Here’s what we’ve done so far:
- Is the URL endpoint
https://[account_domain].zendesk.com/wfm/public/api/v1/activities?startTime=1707139185
correct for accessing the desired data, or should we be using a different endpoint? - We attempted to use the endpoint
https://[account_domain].zendesk.com/wfm/public/api/v1/activities?startTime=1707139185
but encountered a "server error" when accessing it, even when logged in.
Could you clarify the following:
- Are the provided endpoints correct for retrieving the report template IDs for the specified tables?
- Are there specific constraints or parameters (e.g., timestamp formatting) required for the API call to work?
- Is the endpoint currently functional, or could there be an issue on your end?
