    Hi,

    We have a JIRA server behind a firewall and a HAP.

    Does Zendesk application need to access to our JIRA (1) or only our JIRA needs to send requests to Zendesk (2)?

    - in case 1: we need to open IP address ranges, and only what we have to use.
    - in case 2: we have only to allow Zendesk url domain on our squid proxy whitelist.

    Hi Robert,

    both: we need access to your JIRA and your JIRA needs to send requests to Zendesk.

    -> "You need to ensure that you allow Zendesk to establish a connection to your Jira server from the public IP addresses listed in the article 'Configuring your firewall for use with Zendesk'."
