Many of tickets revolved around equipment being shipped around.
We can't repair equipment until it is received. Currently, I'm monitoring a tracking site via Google Sheets, which automatically parses the xpath info on our shipping site.
Example query for UPS:
Will return "Delivered" or "In Transit", "Order Process - Ready for UPS", etc.
I'd like to automate something with ZenDesk. I'm guessing I'll need a 3rd party APP or something though.
Ideally, if an xpath element on a url changes, say to "Delivered", an automation would add a comment to the ticket.
