    Hello fellow customers!

    To provide an insight on what's happening here, there is a known bug with our latest version in relation to how the Reporter' role is functioning. Our JIRA specialists are working on a fix for this. We'll keep you in the loop once this one has been resolved.

    Hello again customers!

    A fix has been deployed by our developers. The reporter field will be pre-selected with the previously used reporter. If no previously used reporter was found, we will attempt to locate the default reporter by trying to match a reporter using their Zendesk Agent's name and JIRA user's name.
