    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support.

    In regards to your concern, if you have enabled the Offline form settings from the Chat web widget. You can customize the offline form message informing your customers to provide a contact number. Because your customers will not be able to submit an offline message if they haven't filled out the Name and Email section.

    Your end-users/customers are required to leave their name and email address so you can reach back to them or reply to their offline messages.

    I also sent you some screenshots in your email, you can refer to them for guidance.
