How can I create IVR for outside business hours?

    Hi Melissa Frechette -

    Sorry for the delay here.  One approach would be to create a second schedule opposite your normal hours, associating it with a newly register a second phone line that serves as an overflow line to your primary line.  So the user calls the primary line, it will overflow to your secondary line (which is 'open' thanks to your secondary schedule), at which point you could set the IVR however you'd like.
