Chat Request alert does not consistently product audible notification

    Hi Nate, that sounds frustrating, and so for I haven't been able to find others reporting this. It might be worth trying things like clearing your browser cache, running Chrome in Incognito mode, or even trying a different browser to see if you get the same or different results, and tracking when this happens (what you're doing when it happens, the chat ticket numbers that you didn't get a notification on), and then contacting our support team so they can try to troubleshoot with you: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support

    In the meantime, I'd suggest setting up Desktop Notifications for Chat: Can I get desktop notifications for Chat?
