Hi Koby! You would want to host map your Zendesk address to match your company's domain. You would end up with an address such as "support.companyname.com." More information here:

What are the scenario's where you can have helpdesk under subfolder (e.g. domain.com/support)? What type of zendesk integration does it require? What are the usual time requirement for that kind of integration(assuming we have all content in place on zendesk)? Could wordpress integration do the job?

Hi SL, did you ever get the answer to your question? Is it possible to have the support in a subfolder?

    Hi guys!

Zendesk settings only allow mapping to a direct subdomain, not a subfolder. You can find out more about host mapping in Zendesk here: Changing the address of your support website on Zendesk (host mapping).

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Hi Jessie Schutz

As you said that zendesk setting only allow mapping to a direct subdomain. Does it also means that we can map a help center to direct to a domain NOT subdomain.

Can we use mycompanyhelp.com (direct domain) for help center instead of help.mycompany.com (subdomain)?

Hey Anil! I saw you asked this in another thread as well.

You can set up a redirect so that customers go to mycompanyhelp.com they get sent to help.mycompany.com, but your Help Center URL has to be formatted as help.mycompany.com. There's no way to change that.
