Sorry, Jessie. I know better than to just post a symptom without additional diagnostic information!

I will provide a better description soon.

@Marybeth - You can manually add an Agent Login in your header and link to the URL that you supplied.  The HTML code would look something like this.  This code was taken from the Copenhagen theme.  It would go where the original sign in code used to be.

    <a class="login" data-auth-action="signin" role="button" href="https://[company name].zendesk.com/agent/#/dashboard">Agent Login</a>

I can't seem to figure this out at all. I added the code to line 388 and nothing. Is there sometime I'm missing?

Hi @Alexis - Are you referring to my code above or some other code in the comments here.  What are you trying to accomplish and can you post the URL for HC if it's public so I can see the code and see what's going on.

    Hey Wes!

Yes! I was referring to your original code. But as I was looking through the comments, it looks like there might be other issues caused with removing the sign in. Basically, this is a external help center and I don't my customers to be confused with signing in, since they have no need to sign in to zendesk (I'm not even sure what the point of that is). Anyways, I really would like to remove it but I guess I need some workaround to make sure my agents can access it or there isn't an issue when I want to go in and update articles. Here is the link:

    Thank you!

@Alexis - You can completely remove the login from the Help Center and just have your agents bookmark the support site.  To remove the login from the Help Center just remove {{user_info}} which is located in the Header Tab when customizing the theme.

    They can bookmark https://hushsupport.zendesk.com/access/normal

If you want to put Admin/Agent Login where the Sign-In currently then just remove the {{user_info}} and replace with the following code:

    <a class="login" data-auth-action="signin" role="button" href="https://hushsupport.zendesk.com/access/normal">Agent Login</a>

There are a couple of options for you.  These options should work without any issues.
