I have just imported 200+ users having names with Norwegian characters and found that Zendesk avoided full import of those names, now I have to manually edit each of them. This is quite tedious.

Definitely needed, a checkbox with confirmation for deletion would be great.

What?!?!  Zendesk, shame that this feature has not been added.  I too am in need of a bulk delete.

Would also be great to have this on organizations and groups.

This is very important. I would suggest that lists should generally be more friendly to bulk actions.

Does anybody at Zendesk read this or are we all just echoing each others pain?? Please give an update, even if it is to say we are all crazy and this is never going to happen!!

We do understand the pain point of people management. This is something we'll be looking at addressing next quarter.

Any update on this guys, there was a bug that created a number of new users via CC, these had to be manually deleted, see ticket #157626

Any News on this update?  How hard is it to allow multi select for deleting contacts?   This is a real nightmare.

I'm really surprised this hasn't been implemented yet. It's an urgent feature needed. I have to manually edit over 500 people.

Can we PLEASE just get a check box to delete more than one at a time.  PLEASE... I'm begging you.  This seems like it would only be about 20 minutes of dev time, and is such a critical hole in your platform.

Totally endorse this request. It's crazy that some bulk (non-API based) management does not already exist.

To anyone interested, it only took me about 10 min to write a script to do this with the API. I can't believe this isn't an included feature already, but it's doable with a little effort, if you don't mind using the API.

It's now been about 3 years since requested and 6 months since it's been said it's being made.  Is there any progress?  We REALLY need this.  Rob

I swear they never listen to these forums...

THere is another one "add cc as trigger" users have been requesting since 2009

I was told yesterday that the only way to delete multiple users was via API.  Ugh..the GUI needs work, big time.

@Nathaniel, what do you mean by "add CC as trigger"?

I created a trigger using the "add CC" action whenever a ticket is opened by a specific Org.  It then adds that Org's Client Manager as a CC on the ticket.

Forgive me if that is not what you are looking to do.

@ Jon....your client managers must be agents.....

The feature request we are looking for is if a End User submits a ticket...we should be able to cc some one that is the manager of the said end user ....usually Office\Business manager... that may want to chime in  to authorize any action on our part....

    Ive posted the thread below.....

My point in any case...especially with this latest release... it shows Zendesk does not pay attention to customers...I have been reading they may go public (IPO)...which means stockholders have the say so in the end....I have been with Zendesk for a few years...support gets worst by the day...

They (Zendesl used to post their own  satisfaction rating...it kept going down..now its nowhere to be found

Here is the "Feature" I have been trying to get implemented...

Oh, yeah I get it.  Well, that is how ZD makes their money.  As you know licensed agents are the only ones who can submit Public comments.  ZD needs to figure out way to charge for tiered licenses.  Client managers who submit 25 Public Comments per month should not be charged the same as a Support Agent who submits 300.  Kind of a cheesy business model.

@Nathaniel - So sorry we missed it on your customer experience last week.  Thank you for working through that with Adam on Friday.
