I think it is important to be alerted whenever someone comments on our help centre. Currently the only way to get an alert if a help centre article receives a comment is if I am following the article. Each of my agents having to go through every individual article to follow it seems inefficient. It would be great if there was a option for all admins/mod/etc to get an email notification every time a new comment is posted so someone can read or respond to it.
