    Yes, you can do that.

    You can restrict access to sections to signed in users. Then the user profile will determine if they can see the content. You either restrict access by organisation or by tag.

    Thanks again, one last question is that can the external help desk for end-users have restricted categories that others can't see or just the internal one

    It is all driven by the user's tags and organisation, so yes-knowledge base can restrict access to particular end users.

    The same goes for the community pages. You can restrict to signed in users and then specify the organisations and tags that are needed to view topics.
