Is anyone creating custom metrics within goodData? I think I'm trying something really simple but despite this I cannot create it??
I want to take tickets created in 2015 and tickets solved in 2015 in this way.
created 2015 - solved 2015
for example if we had 1000 tickets in 2015 and we resolved 900 of those the metric would show a value 100
I just cant get my head round it though...?
Any one have any experience?
