Hi there --- we may have several ticket fields that are for reporting purposes only, and add unnecessary clutter to the agent interface.
One example of such a custom ticket field for reporting only is Email Address Received At (Duh! This is standard data in the API, add it to Insights for the love of all that is holy!)
Anyway, I know there are a couple Zendesk Apps that do this, but is there one that does this that is officially supported/ endorsed by Zendesk? (I ask because I don't want an app suddenly breaking when Zendesk has a major software update) --- let me know and thanks!
