    Hi Parag!

    This functionality already exists in our Help Center. Your logged in end-users can view and update their existing tickets as well as create new requests. It might be easier to re-direct your customers there rather than building something from scratch.

    Thanks for response.

    We are building cross platform (android + ios) app using ionic framework. In Ionic framework, we write the app using web technology (html, js, css) which gets deployed to both android and ios. We need to embed the user tickets (similar to what zendesk android SDK provides) into our mobile app. Given that we are inside mobile app, I do not want to direct user to another website. I would like to embed ticket view inside our mobile app using web technology.

    Thanks for sharing more about your workflow! Now I understand what you're trying to do. :)

    You can embed user ticket information in your mobile app using our Mobile SDK. You can find the info you need on that at https://developer.zendesk.com/. We have an Android SDK and an iOS SDK that should get you where you need to go!

    Hi Jessie,

    I can not use Android or iOS SDK. These SDKs are for app built using native platform. I am using Ionic framework to build the app. As per my understanding, there is no Ionic SDK for zendesk.

    Hi Parag,

    Very interesting scenario!  You are correct in that our mobile SDKs are built natively with Objective-C and Java for iOS and Android, respectively.

    With that said, I've spoken with our Mobile Development team and they've informed me that if you were able to add our native SDK files into your own SDK project, then theoretically you could access the native code and integrate these native files into your own mobile project.
