    Hi Jennifer,

    I ran suggested page through goole page speed tester and got quite a few suggestions on how the performance can be improved. One of the suggestions was to Optimize images (see link below). Perhaps it could be good starting point here.

    Hi Jennifer!

    Can you give me some more specifics about how long it's taking for these images to load? I went to the article you specified and all of the images appeared for me within a second or two.

    Are you getting these feedback from customers, or are you just noticing it when you view the article yourself? Have you tried using different browsers? Do you see different results if you access the articles from a different network (ie: at home vs at work?).

    It took so long to load the images that I started opening a ticket to support to let them know images were missing from Max's post. Then I went back right before hitting send & found the images were there, after all.

    Thanks for the tips everyone! 

    @Andrey I use GIMP to edit our images.  I found a "Save for Web" plugin (similar to Photoshop) that has been helpful in reducing our file size.

    @Jessie Some images take many seconds to load, while others pop up immediately.  Once the images are cached, it doesn't take long at all.  So those of use using the Help Center on a daily basis don't notice, but anyone looking at an article for the first time (regardless of browser or network) is seeing significant delays.  I'm optimistic that resizing our files will help, but it's going to be a massive undertaking!
