In our Zendesk we do not exclusively assign tickets to agents, instead we leave the tickets assigned to group while they are being worked on. Once ticket is set to pending status, it will be auto solved within the next 3 days if there is no response form the requester. At this time I would like to have the ticket assigned to the last agent that worked on this ticket.
I thought that this would be possible with adding [Ticket:Assignee][current user] action to the automation that solves the ticket. But according to some posts this action does not work for automations and only works for triggers.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
