We're wanting to run some experiments on improving our satisfaction score and/or response rate. The intention is to send out 2 different emails using this method and then compare the results after a fortnight or a month.
Where I'm after a little bit of guidance is on how to measure it. I want to apply a tag of csat_email_1 or csat_email_2, but I'm not sure how to do it. I figure I could set a target to update it via the API, but I can't work out how to achieve this so that only the tickets receiving that version of the email receive that tag.
I hope this makes sense. Any ideas?
