Expose APIs for Real-time Monitoring
PlanifiéeIn order to provide the best possible control of my chat agents and what I expose to my customers, I really need access to the most up-to-date and live information about what is happening.
Specifically, I'd like to be able to programmatically get at the information here: https://dashboard.zopim.com/#monitor
I did a little investigation and it appears that the information arrives via a custom websocket. Although not ideal for my purposes, even access to the library that powers that websocket would be very helpful.
Ideally, the information there would be available via REST endpoints like the rest of the Zendesk class of products.

I agree wholeheartedly. This will allow us to incorporate our chat metrics into the rest of our standardized visual management, which is what our agents and team leads are comfortable viewing.

Hi there! Since we've come out with our Live Dashboard in Explore we've released more API information for Real-time chat tracking. More information here....I think this should solve what you're looking for but let me know if that's not the case!
