View whether public reply was actually sent
Where in Zendesk can I see whether a public reply on a ticket was actually sent out to the end-user? We have had several instances where you can see the public reply listed in the history of the ticket, but where the end-user never received the reply. Any help would be wonderful.

Right, but in these instances, it does show under Show All Events that the public reply was sent.... and the recipients never got them. So I was hoping for another place within Zendesk to confirm that these messages were indeed sent.

@Vanessa - If the show All Events is present then the email was sent from Zendesk (Probably a 99% chance it was sent if that shows). Could it be something on your customers end or maybe it went to their spam folder.
I would open a ticket up with Zendesk as they may can verify that the email was actually sent out from their severs.
