    With the launch of Zendesk Explore, no additional stats or datasets are planned to be added to Insights/GoodData.

    If you would like to request for Help Center and/or Community stats to be available in Explore, please contribute your comment and vote to this feedback thread:

    There is not currently an existing request there specific to Community stats, so if anyone would prefer to create a new request specific to that, please review How to write an effective feedback post and post in the Explore Product Feedback topic.

    +1 This would be very useful.  I have been tasked with reporting on Community activity but the built in reporting is limited and not as powerful as Insights could be if leveraged.

    +1 for me as well.  We are trying to find a way to gauge community engagement and the ability to pull detailed reports on topic comments would be really helpful with this.

    Thanks for the feedback, all. As a data-driven Community Manager, I am deeply sympathetic to these needs. I'll share that, here at Zendesk, we use Google Analytics quite heavily to make up for some of the gaps in the native reporting. 

    At this point in time there are no updates on anything related to the Community platform; our development resources have been redirected to other areas of Guide. That being said, I encourage you to continue to share your use cases and feedback - hopefully attention will be returned to this area of the product in the not too distant future!

    Hi all - update for you: the product team is going to be devoting some resources to the Communities product in 2019. They're currently planning their roadmap for the next year, so I encourage you to add your vote and detailed comment to any community-related updates you'd like to see.

    We would benefit from being able to report on Product Suggestions from our community. 


    Specifically, we would like to report on all requests, with the following information: 

    - Request Title

    - Date Requested

    - Number of Votes

    - Number of Comments

    - Weather or not there is an 'official' comment associated 

    This would drastically increase efficiency for our product team when compiling and reviewing suggestions.
