Our Zendesk domain's community was hacked with thousands of posts overnight. ZenDesk support told me there was no way to mass delete these posts. As a result, I have had to shut down the Community aspect of ZenDesk.
Please address this in Development. As the owner of my customer records, I should be able to fully manage them and their content with EASE and in a quick manner.
The Community section will remain empty until this is resolved or I find another provider (not a threat, I don't want to but may have to).
