Need a way to transfer all Help Center data to new Brand created.

    The API is the fastest way to move content between Help Centers. You can find the documentation here:

    Basically you would want to get all the articles from the one Help Center, and then post them to the other. You would likely want to lay the groundwork first by also getting all the categories and sections, and posting them to the new Help Center. Hopefully a development resource in your org could help with this.
