    Sorry for the delay here!

    In late July, we restored the ability for Dynamic Content to be rendered on the Ticket Fields admin page. We still have work to do on the new preview functionality.

    We operate across 4 languages and any customer facing field is using DC. Like Zac, we're also using nested fields. 

    Huge upvote from us, this would make management of these fields much easier!
