The text at the top of a chat rating seems unintuitive to me. The wording says “Would you like to rate this chat?” This sounds like we’re asking them IF they want to rate the chat, but what we really mean is "How would you like to rate this chat?"
I asked Zendesk how we could do this but they said it was hard-coded into the system.
All I'm asking for is to add one small word to make the rating screen more intuitive.
