Is there a way to get a report on all Knowledge Base articles and their "Last Updated" date?
RéponduI'm trying to develop a system where we review articles periodically and would like to start with a spreadsheet listing all of my articles and their current "last updated" dates. Is a report link this available in Zendesk? Thanks!

You can try,
You can also add the Date (Article Created) to give some more context. But you are still going to have to refer back to history in Guide Admin to check how significant the change was.

You need to select the reporting icon from the left hand navigation bar, Then the Insights tab, then look for the link to GoodData.
Once GoodData loads, you need to go to the Report tab then click the 'Create Report' button.
