We are using the webhook feature from Zendesk and send pushes to our customers as soon as wee get the call from Zendesk. This is working for the tickets that are initiated by the user, but not when we create a new ticket and reach out to the user first.
This is a feature that is very important to our operation, and would appreciate if you could create this feature. According to our developers it should be a quick fix.
