We are getting emails fairly regularly (at least once a week) that Zendesk is having issues. To communicate those, I then have to take each email and copy if to our Zendesk Slack channel we use internally to communicate the status updates.
We do a lot already with Zendesk and Slack and it would be a great addition to also be able to direct Zendesk Status updates through Slack also.
Please expose these updates for us to pick up through Slack.
